Okay, my draft of this post was deleted. stupid me. :D We were quite worried with our reception venue because it did not escape Ondoy's wrath. Mark and I together with my parents paid Max a visit. It was sad to know that the main resto would have to undergo a major reconstruction. Bong, our contact person told us that the garden would be fully remodeled in November in time for our wedding in December. They are still fixing the fences of the garden. Mark took photos:

Mark and I were supposed to shoot in Escolta but we can't find time to go there and meet the owner of the building we are eyeing. We opted to scouting for an old house and look at what we found!
