I want to write stuff here religiously but it's hard to maintain two blogs. :D I wanted to put photos I see from other wedding sites but lately, my laptop's been giving me a headache. Oh well. Anyway, I have this pile of new business cards which I got a few weeks back and now, I'm arranging the containers in a neater pile. Then, something's slowly sinking in, ikakasal na talaga ako. How did the stacjs of card brought me to this realization? Well, two containers of cards bear my married name. Hindi naman halatang excited ako ikasal. When I was just making the layout of the cards, we were planning to have a civil wedding muna so I asked the printer to give me 100 pieces with my maiden surname and 200 pieces with my maiden surname dash married surname. hehe. Time flies so fast talaga, April na. Sana maubos ko yung 100 pieces na cards ko. hahaha.

Liz and a friend were discussing about wedding details...

Friend: So san naman ang church niyo?

Liz: Sa St. Peter sa Commonwealth, familiar ka?

Friend: Parang familiar ako dun. Eh san ang reception?

Liz: Sa Max's sa San Mateo

Friend: (bewildered look) ang layo naman ata?

Liz: (Reassuring look)  Hindi no. Promise malapit lang siya. Wala pang 15 minutes from the church. May daanan kasi sa may Batasan.

Friend: (in doubt) aaahhh okay.

Liz: (thinking) I should get a map

*I swear this conversation happens all the time. :D

I've been stressed all morning because of a news that spread about one of our suppliers. But now, I can heave a sigh of relief. But that's not what I'm all giddy about. I spoke with Guj of Redsheep about what's inclusive in the prenup package and imagine my smile when he said that all our photos in the average 4hr shoot will be edited and stored in a dvd plus an avp slideshow. I'm brimming with happiness. All these for his last year price of just 3k! Super duper ecstatic Lizie! I haven't met him yet but he's really easy to talk to and answers all my queries. Can't wait for this prenup. :D

Before I go into what I'm supposed to say, we finally paid the church in full last Saturday. Whew! Slowly, this wedding's sinking in. :D Our contact person, Ms. Jenny even said "Walang refund to ha. Pwede lang i-move yung date" So yes it's final. December 5, 2009 is the date. It's OUR date!

Well anyway, I've been looking for some shoes the past few weeks imagining every design I like in the color of my motif. Well, right now I like this one. I'm just not sure which of the elements would be in black and pale pink :D

I got to talk with Kat last week and I sent her some inspirations for my gown design. I told her I just want something simple and with minimal beadwork. I shortlisted tons of photos I had been eyeing emailed her around seven photos and she liked this one best. :D

Last night, Mark asked me if I could make a design that's not entirely related with Precious Moments for our invites. Actually, I've been thinking about coming up with a different design too so I said yes. Now, I'm scanning for further inspirations but presently I have my eyes on this one. It's one of Drew Europeo's design.:D
